Wonton Soup

Wonton Soup

This wonton soup recipe is so simple and easy – with under 5 ingredients. Add in any kind of wonton or dumpling you like, however I think that my wontons in chili oil recipe pairs perfectly with this soup. The chili oil gives it a deliciously spicy kick. What makes this soup so simple is that you literally just rough chop the ingredients, throw them in the pot with your choice of broth, and then fish out the ingredients before you are ready to serve.

This broth is so versatile, that you can serve it many ways. Add in noodles for a quick ramen, or load it with bok choy (seen in photo) and veggies for a hearty and healthy meal.
