Once you make these super easy chips, you won’t go back to Tostitos! Quick and simple snack, appetizer, or game day treat that is perfect all year round, not just on the 5th of May.

Ingredients
- 3 Hass avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 jalepeno (diced)
- 1/2 medium onion (diced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro and cayenne pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Mash halved and pitted avocados in mixing bowl
- Step 2 Add chopped ingredients and spices to the mixture
- Step 3 Add salt to your preferred taste
Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 3 Large flour tortillas (store bought)
- Olive or vegetable oil spray
- Salt
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Step 2 Cut tortillas into preferred shape for chips (triangles or strips)
- Step 3 Transfer cut strips to a baking sheet
- Step 4 Spray the chips to coat evenly – you can also use non-spray oil and coat the chips with a basting brush
- Step 5 Bake tortilla chips for 7-10 min, until they reach a light golden color
- Step 6 Remove the chips from the oven, salt immediately and serve
